Unlike the plastic tiles, slate and fibre cement alternatives, the eco tile over time is less likely to need replacement tiles due to weather conditions.
The weight of the eco tile is 3.2kilos. It weighs 12 times less that a ceramic roof. This is where the eco tile is so light less wood it needed on the roof structure to mount the tiles.
